Horse 440's and girthwork

I just started doing Horse 440’s for shaft girth and it doesn’t give me as much post workout expansion compared to clamping. What is a good routine for a beginner with horse’s? I’m thinking hot compress, wet jelq, then hot compress(and dry of Vaseline), then 4-6 15 second horse squeeze holds. Anyone ever compress the glans while clamping? I really lack shaft girth. But my glans are like a giant mushroom.

So does horse’s give me a thicker shaft, but smaller glans to trade-off?

From what I have read I don’t think so, but from personal experience I feel like my head did shrink, i refuse to measure till the end of June, it might just be that my shaft has gotten thicker from them.

Thus making your glans “appear’ smaller?

Yea, I think it is just for me I got huge gains in my head because I was doing Ulis and sadsaks from day one. So now I think the shaft is catching up, but I do the Horse squeezes after the head girth exercises because I can pump more blood into the shaft, so it makes sense that maybe doing that as my last girth exercise that my head would be a bit reduced. Like I said though I havent measured, it could very well be smaller. My girl hasn’t said anything so its either all in my head or an insignificant change as of yet. From what I have been told from my friend who’s been at it for longer than either of us you don’t shrink one you just increase the other.

When I get fully erect I still notice my head being significantly thicker than the shaft, as does my girl. If anything yeah I think its just the difference in what were used to looking at after doing them, think back to the first time you did any PE, at least for me it looked a shit load different than it did.
