You are touching very important issue. For few years I used to go to the gym and build my muscles. I did it because I was very skinny as a teen. I was 65 kg for 183 cm. Within 1-2 years I went up to 87kg which was very good for me. At that point I looked a lot better than my average friend. My biceps was 39 cm-not bad for a 22 year old teen.
