How do you know you are conditioned?

How do you know you are conditioned?

Just for the sake of discussion, I’ll toss this question out there:

How do you know, that you are conditioned?

Is there any criteria you use, other than just “I’ve been PE’ing for a few months”? This is usually the only “way to tell” (if I may put it that way) :) that you hear being mentioned. Are there any other things you look for? For instance, any physical signs or indicators, “little things that you notice” that tell you if you’re conditioned or not? (This isn’t any big worry for me, but just thought it would be interesting.) :)

It would be interesting to hear any different views people have, on this.

From what I understand, when you are conditioned to something, that pretty much means your used to it. When you do a certain thing the same way for a while ie weight training, or PE for example, your body overtime gets used to the same ol’ shit.
So when you start noticing your doing the same stuff, with the same consistency and determination, but your gains are no more, your conditioned.

Take a break, or change routines. I’m not sure buddy I havn’t gotten to that stage yet, but I will be asking around the time if I’ts best to decondition by doing nothing at all, and starting fresh again, or just mixing up the routine a bit and keep the cock guessing

Any vets out there have any ways they determine if they are conditioned or not, other than just “time spent?”

Electron in my opinion ,when the newbie routine no longer makes you feel fatigue or you no longer feel that your workout was at all productive to you, then I would say you are conditioned enough to move on to another set of exercises. For me stretching always made me tender when I first started doing PE.After about two months of stretching and jelqing I didn’t feel that anymore. That was when I decided it was time for a change. For me it was hanging, although you may choose another route depending on what you are trying to achieve.

Stupid question, I guess. I was just interested in different ways people look at it.
