How do you track your progress?
At the moment I’ve used pen and paper to keep measurements and workouts written down, but I’d like something more sophisticated. I’ve known some PE’ers use Excel spreadsheets, but I don’t have Excel, nor do I want to fork out for it.
I thought I might write some software to do it for me - to produce graphs and stas so I could see which routine was giving me the best gains in girth and length, when my biggest gains had come in relation to time etc..
So - how do you guys do it, and would you use the software if i released it?
