Yes, I’ve tried all kinds of pumping over the years: long duration, short duration, high vacuum, low vacuum, water, heat, cold, alternating heat/cold, clamping while pumped, cock rings, sleeves, etc. I agree with your technique of multiple short sessions per day, but ulis/squeezes/dry jelqing has produced better expansion than pumping (for me). Basically, never let it turtle, but for girth - keep it in the expanded state for as long as possible with as little edema as possible. This has been the key to girth gains for me.
I do still pump, but I do it after my manual girth work to add some additional EG for sex. I’m now able to consistently get to 5.75” EG with no edema after my routine, which usually consists of 20 minutes of erect squeezes plus 20 minutes of pumping with a custom electric pulse pump at 5-8 “Hg in a two stage cylinder. This, in my experience, is the ideal size for the majority of women - big enough to maximize pleasure and provide vaginal orgasms, but not too big to prevent blowjobs or cause pain during intercourse. The two stage cylinder also significantly increases ball size (temporarily), which is also great for sex.
