Have you tried pumping for girth?

I’ve been doing PE for many years and I swear by pumping for girth. I had impressive gains when I pumped for ~7 min each session and several times per day, spread throughout the day. Usually 4-8 times per day.

You should try pumping for fast girth gains. I you do it consistently, the gains will come. I think it’s best to do a good number of shorter sessions per day than fewer longer sessions. I saw very impressive gains when I pumped for about 7 min per session and 4 - 8 sessions per day. I found when I did longer sessions, I tended to get numb and it adversely affected my erection quality. For me, shorter sessions avoided the numbness. Also, I maintained an erection while in the tube and kept the erection after pulling out. If I did another session right after, I would wait at least 5 min between and stimulated to maintain the erection.

The penis is made of mostly smooth muscle and some collagen fibers. Men with ED have a lower ratio of smooth muscle to collagen fiber so increasing smooth muscle is important. Smooth muscle can increase by hypertrophy and hyperplasia, and more readily than striated muscle. So, if you stress smooth muscle by stretching it, the individual smooth muscle cells will increase in size (hypertrophy) and, more dramatically, you will increase the number of smooth muscle cells (hyperplasia). This is proven in many scientific studies. Although many of these scientific studies are not concerned with penile smooth muscle, but rather smooth muscle in general. Some of the studies do research penile smooth muscle growth directly.

The stress of the smooth muscle also elicits a reaction that makes your body heal (hypertrophy and hyperplasia) the stressed cells faster and also, stimulates chemicals that increase arousal and tendency to achieve erections. It is very much like your body’s natural method of maintaining good penile health through nocturnal erections. If we didn’t achieve nocturnal erections while sleeping, our penises would shrink. Pumping and penis enhancement in general achieves this in an exaggerated way. Pump slightly bigger than your normal erection and you will force a girth size increase.

I do believe the human penis is actually designed to increase in size when under stress.

Yes, I’ve tried all kinds of pumping over the years: long duration, short duration, high vacuum, low vacuum, water, heat, cold, alternating heat/cold, clamping while pumped, cock rings, sleeves, etc. I agree with your technique of multiple short sessions per day, but ulis/squeezes/dry jelqing has produced better expansion than pumping (for me). Basically, never let it turtle, but for girth - keep it in the expanded state for as long as possible with as little edema as possible. This has been the key to girth gains for me.

I do still pump, but I do it after my manual girth work to add some additional EG for sex. I’m now able to consistently get to 5.75” EG with no edema after my routine, which usually consists of 20 minutes of erect squeezes plus 20 minutes of pumping with a custom electric pulse pump at 5-8 “Hg in a two stage cylinder. This, in my experience, is the ideal size for the majority of women - big enough to maximize pleasure and provide vaginal orgasms, but not too big to prevent blowjobs or cause pain during intercourse. The two stage cylinder also significantly increases ball size (temporarily), which is also great for sex.

My stats starting in 2020:

5.75 x 4.75.

Current 6.75 x 5.5

Cemented 1 in in length and 3/4 in girth.

When I first started pumping I could max get up to 6 in girth now I can hit 7 in.

I have to say my wife can barely take in when I’m at 7.

I do love how I fill her up and how snug it is when I’m inside her. I stay 6.5- 7 in girth for about 24 hrs.

Can any manual stretches have the same effect on girth?,I’m Not in reach of a pump right now
