Guys: I started clamping and squeezing maybe a month ago, and fairly quickly added a quarter-inch in girth. In your experience, how long does it take (of the continued same routine) to cement a gain once you have achieved it?

With me I cut back after five months and still lost a little. So “cementing,” I believe, varies from one individual to the next.

Here’s a data point for you: I took off 13 days for a vacation, just starting back with my routine on sunday. I lost 1/8 inch in BPEL and a little more than 1/16th inch in erect girth. Flaccid stretch didn’t change. These are my “official” measurements, taken before my routine. (I took unofficial measurments right after my sunday routine and had still lost 1/8 inch in BPEL, but got the girth all back.) It was a little depressing losing because it was like losing 4 weeks of gains, but the post-workout measurements at least make me feel like I’ll get it back quickly. I hope.

It looks as if you need to put in at least 12 months to keep a substantial amount of gains…. I would imagine even if you did this for 10 years and stoped you would still lose some.. Maybe people should start keeping track of this by possibly recording how much time off and how much loss was noticed.. then purhaps working out a percentage?? Over time this could be graphed/charted as a reference?? 2 cents

Its very similar to lifting weights. Once you stop lifting you will lose the gains to a certain extent, so maintenance is needed.

Yeah tootin, the question is - how long does it take to get PERMANENT gains, gains that don’t go away even a year or two after quitting? I don’t think it just continues to shrink back until it is the original size. I mean, there IS actual tissue growth that happens. The swelling of cells will gradually subside and take away gains over time, but there is a certain baseline where you won’t shrink any more.

How about… if I reach my goal and surpass it by half an inch and still continue to PE for 6 months before entirely quiting.

-Is this a near guarantee that I’ll keep my goal without any loss?

No one knows. Come back in about 5 years and ask the same question again.

Cementing takes 12 months.

If I do my routine for about 3 months then my gains are pretty much cemented. What is actually funny is that i will take a month off after about 3 months and when i start back i gained extra length. I just started to notice that happening last year (2005). So far i have only did it twice. Hope it keep doing that so i can reach my goal in no time.


My 9 inches are coming!!

Why don’t you just do a maintenance routine, 1-2 days a week for something like 15-20 minutes and problem solved for the rest of your days.
