How much does silicon based girth surgery cost

They use alloderm and place it up 1/3 of the gland. This creates a more prononced flare. Also there are injectables available.

I’ve just been accepted for membership and had a look at the photos. Looks a very friendly place, maybe too friendly. What a bunch of freaks though, I don’t want one that looks like these, talk about OTT! And how is it possible to have sex with a scroutum the size of a melon?

If you do decide to go through with the surgery save up and go to America. I think Crahhex can recomend surgeons there that are expeienced with Alloderm. In the UK there is only one surgeon who performs alloderm enlargement and he has little experience. The most experiencd PE docs in the UK are the Viel twins, and they are well out of date. They still use a Y to V incision that is prone to bad scarring and leaving hair on the shaft, and they only perform fat injection. Both fat and silicone will leave your penis very soft even when erect, this not only looks and feels strange it also makes it difficult to put on condoms. Alloderm is firmer and will not look uneven. However, Alloderm has been used for plastic surgey on other parts of the body for years and has been found to be absorbed over time, so it is not neccesarilly permanent. It is interesting that one of the only plactic surgeons in the US who is also a Urologist, Dr Gary Alter, does not perform girth surgey as he is yet to come across a method that is sattisfactory.

America seems to have the best surgeons from what I have heard. I am prepared to travel if it means ill get a better result.

I started PE with even less than your girth.
18 months later I went to around 12.5cm midhaft which feels better. It is your own decision, but you got valuable advice from several members who suggested to stay away from risky things.
