I usually follow a pattern of 2 days on/1 day off, as it has worked for me so far. Lately I sometimes even prefer to go 1on/1off, because I feel that I’ve been doing intense sessions and some quite voice from inside has been telling me that I should give it a rest. I personally think giving many rest days is absolutely vital, even with my limited experience.
I just can’t imagine how there are guys that go for 4,5,6 days without a resting day. I think my penis would just swell and implode with such a marathon, but you never know! If such routines work for people, then I am glad for them though.
I wonder which ones produce more gain - the routines with a lot of rest days or vice versa? Does anyone have an opinion or experience concerning this?
