I started shorter than you and am now well over 7’, so there is hope for all of us.

Et... la nuit se continue. C\'est vrai. Elle est complètement dechirée - ma tête.

amo9812, what exercises were you doing? Try the horse440 squeeze probably the best girth gainer exercise i’ve ever done.

Should I do the newbie routine for 3 months first, because I was told not to do any advanced exercises until I do that again. I do not want to over train like I did before

Stick with a basic jelq/stretch routine. Up the time of exercise each 2-3 weeks… just find what feels comfortable (gives you a good pumped/stretched feeling). If you start to see gains… do NOT… I repeat… DO NOT automatically think “Well gee, maybe if I did reverse behind the back hanging with 8 clamps at once it will make me gain even faster!” Going super extreme after you begin to gain is a common mistake that usually leads people no where.
Good luck :)

I started at 6x4 and am now 6.625 x 4.75.
It takes time, dedication, and if you’re me, a little money in PE goodies.
Stick with it and don’t expect to grow right away.
Just keep thinking to yourself that you’re fine for now but you’ll be bigger in time.
