When clamping I use a cotton wrap (nice cotton pre-cut lengths are available in the auto care section at Wal-Mart). I cut these in different widths 1-3”.
Warm up first for 5 minutes with a heating pad (medium heat).
Apply a dab of gold bond ultimate healing lotion with a couple of drops of baby oil.
Work up a good erection slowly. Bring it to the edge. Hold the Kegel. Wrap, clamp to fit (just snug).
Edge again. Hold the Kegal. Use clamp number two. Tighten to just snug.
Edge again. Hold the Kegal. Tighten clamp one a notch. Wait a minute, kegal again. Tighten clamp two a notch. Repeat up to four clamps. Relax for 7 minutes while the clamps do their job. Always be sure that the clamp nearest to the base is always the snuggest and work the additional clamps in the order they were put on. Unclamp in opposite form.
2-3 times per day. Rest and warm wrap are key, just as good nutrition, exersise and diet. I never let it get black or cold.
Here is my full routine:
5-Minutes of warm wrap (heating pad)
5-minutes of stretching, jelqing (wet of dry)
1 or 2 weight hanging sets (5 pounds for 10 minutes)
3 or 4 10 minute sets of clamping using 1 to 4 clamps with a cotton cloth wrap (includes kegels, with shaft and head squeezes, and slight bending)
Edging 3 or 4 times when in the mood
Repeat warm wrap between all sets of exercises
Apply healing ointment after final warm wrap (polysporin or similar).
