Godzilla: I’ve always worked girth and length together. In fact I’ve pretty much done everything from the beginning. Girth gains came easy and length was real slow. I honestly feel that a thick dick IS harder to stretch, but my LOT is very low and I feel all the length I’ve gained has come from tunica growth rather than lig stretching and of course the total Penile volume I’ve gained from extensive girth work.

Thanks, I know how you feel. I used to look at posts with guys at 8X6, and feel jealous and happy, encouraged and disheartened all at the same time. But now I’m here. You’ll be here one day too, and then you’ll get guys awing over your size but you’ll think it’s not that big a deal at all.

Right now I am 5 inches girth, and 5.85 length. I want to get 2 inches in one month in both length and girth. I feel embarrassed with my girlfriend or when I am dating women. I just purchased the jelq device. Please advise. Thanks mordechai

mordechai— those kinds of gains take the average guy about two years.

Right now I’m hanging all day, as many sets as I can. I finish up my hanging when it’s time to sleep and resume again when I wake up in the morning— hanging is my ADS at the moment.

One thing I’m interested in is maybe using an ADS while I sleep. Is there an ADS that you can wear like that? (that doesn’t need regular breaks?)

I feel this is impossible, I don’t mean to dishearten you, this is a marathon and not a sprint, those gains are unrealistic and will only do your mental state harm, aim lower much lower than you are now otherwise you will crash and burn and probably give up.

It takes time, go with the newbie routine and set yourself realistic goals, and read read read the stuff here at T’s.

When he has enough motivation he will continue I am sure. I never aimed lower than my final of 22x17cm and continued anyway.

Having an ultimate goal is good, but small achievable goals will suit more people in the long run, those that wish things over night without proper PE education and experience in what works best for yourself will ultimately fail.

Back on to topic any one else share there thoughts and routines and gains?

Has anyone been doing length only for example and has been gaining and then added girth workouts and the length gains stopped or slowed down somewhat?
