Godzilla: I’ve always worked girth and length together. In fact I’ve pretty much done everything from the beginning. Girth gains came easy and length was real slow. I honestly feel that a thick dick IS harder to stretch, but my LOT is very low and I feel all the length I’ve gained has come from tunica growth rather than lig stretching and of course the total Penile volume I’ve gained from extensive girth work.

Mr. F. I hate to be discouraging, but if you are doing any serious hanging and letting the micro-tears heal up retracted, you are not only wasting your time, you could even lose length, especially flaccid length. A good ADS is absolutely imperative after and between hang sets, especially with heavier weights.
