Back to PE again. Started doing kegels and searched internet. I saw someone suggest short contractions, some 5s and some going up in time to even 30s.

Come on. Someone knows by now how one should train kegels right? How long contractions, how many reps, how many sets etc. Do you know how?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yes. All different. I would think by now, 2024, community has figured out what is optimal way.
Example does short and strong one second contraction do anything, or is it the best.

If you read though the many existing threads you will get a sense of what others are doing that works for them, from which you can develop an understanding of what works and what doesnt.
