Does anyone know of any possible way to lengthen just the Corpus Spongiosum?

Yes I do. I think I got it got that way over the years from jelqing and stretching in that direction. As someone who is uncircumcised I though that, perhaps, getting circumcised would create an upward curve, but I’m not sure If that’s accurate. I think having a longer CS chamber should in theory help with the angle of that erection. I’m just not sure what kind of work out could aid in that.

A circumcision will not “cure” a downward curve. As marinera said, a downward curve may simply be a function of your size, particularly if your erections are not rock hard.
