How to Jelq

It’s weird that someone puts so much weight behind doctors’ opinions when stating “Not one doctor recommends jelqing”, but disregards your own doctors’ diagnosis that poor diet and a lack of activity are the main cause of your poor EQ. It’s not weird, it’s downright ridiculous. And plenty of doctors recommend penis pumps. Not for enlargement, but definitely for improved erections. Here’s my suggestion if you want improved erections. Take up running as a hobby. It will make a world of difference.

I am warming up in the bath before start to jelq.
Few weeks ago its starts to hurt, I don’t know exactly the spot (the first thing that came on my mind was the urethra), but it stopped after I had sexy with my girl.

Hi! I try to jelq downwards with an OK grip when 60-70% erect because it’s more comfortable. This, in no way compares to the upward/straight jelq as shown in the videos (which is pretty intense). I just wanted to know if I’m doing it right or wrong.

The feeling after I’m done is of my skin being stretched, is this correct? If not, if done correctly, how should it feel after jelqing? I’d really appreciate if anyone could answer these questions.

Hi! I’m new to this website. I stumbled across it and decided to join. I’ve been jelqing for a little over or close to 6 months consistently. When I first started I only did it about 2 or 3 days out of the month so I don’t count those.

As for my results I’ve gained a little over half an inch in length and about an 1/8 in girth.

About a week and a half ago, I went for my usual PE training and then realized a little bit of blood dripped from my penis. I finished the exercise as no other problems occurred and there was no more blood. I think I’ve over exercised my penis as I did it nearly everyday for 6 months. I decided to take a month off and will slowly get back into it starting with 50 jelqs.
I won’t start until about October.

Anyone else have this happen to them? How did you deal with it?

It seems like you popped a blood vessel in the urethra somewhere. Take a bit of rest, think about what you did wrong with jelqing - either too much tension on the grip, too little lube if wet jelqing, or too much forward force, which makes a jelq an ULI of its own. Rest. Eat well. Exercise often.

I thought that’s what it was. I looked up any info of Thunders Place on YouTube and came across Leo Rex who used to be a member of this page. He explained that the jelq technique can cause a thickening near the glans area and called it fibrosis.

If you jelq at too low an erection level you can create larger girth near the glans because the pressure increases as a stroke progresses. It’s called baseball bat effect. It’s not an issue other than a difference in girth so there’s nothing to fix.

Watch the videos on stretching and then look at things like the v-stretch. Also fix your jelqing. Proper form is important.
