How you can gain size without even touching your dick
Ok, I’m stretching the truth here. Of course you have to do your standard Stretch/Jelq/blah/blah malarky aswell. However, I’ve discovered something that has been overlooked by many.
Cardiovascular exercise
Now I didn’t think this was at all important for me, what being 19 and in pretty good health. When I say health, I mean not obese and rather skinny with some muscle. Not too much, but the past month I’ve pushed it and grown myself out a bit. And of course I’m stretching the truth yet again, I use to smoke quite alot (A habit which I’m confident I’ve quit, except for weekend weed).
Anyway, after about 6-8 months of Jelqing my dick gradually became very tired and lazy, it will either have moments of being too erect or too little. It became tiresome for me after finishing 100 jelqs and I would get into a lazy routine. And this all changed when I started exercising. I first started exercising lightly, I was more concerned with building my body with crunches, dumbells and all that jazz. And about a week after starting that I began to take creatine and also incorporate 10-20 minute jogging/1-2 hour walking a day.
All I’m saying is… Wow
With all this working out I didn’t have time to start PE, so I left that for a week and a half and returned, and did 2 days of 300 jelqs(It felt like the ‘newbie’ feeling). I was having fun with my girlfriend until I realised how HUGE I had grown in the department. While still hard I told my girlfriend I will be right back from the toilet just to check things out. My glans was an unbelievable round power sponge, it was swelling erect to the size of an intense jelq without me even gripping it. It felt and looked noticably heavier, and I could feel it was bigger from my index finger and thumb test.
I usually have a small glans, around 4’7-4’9 on a normal erection (Sometimes my glans just doesn’t swell when the shaft is hard, or the glans swells and shaft is soft). I had what I could only describe as an uber-dick moment, using my hand I quickly measured and must of realised it was 1/5th of an inch bigger to only 3 days before. Suffice to say I double checked that following night and my glans still kept alot of blood in.
Possible theories
1) Creatine supplement - Water retention, possibly affecting glans, if we view a glans like a ‘sponge’ being able to hold more excess water.
2) Better circulation to glans - Possibly from months of jelqing it won’t be suprising a glans got tired. A week and a half of deconditioning and intense cardiovascular activity was the ticket to pumping more blood down there. My penis generally feels heavier, fuller and elastic.
Now I found PE workouts unbelievable easy, I no longer need to masturbate or wait ages til I’m unerect and could do 300 jelqs the same time as doing 150 without all the difficulty
