Just read the thread of best ways to apply constant heat. Have considered a few now, but seeing as I can’t wait 9 business days for shipping (and that is within my own country) and that a hot bath is not really for me, the rice sock will be my best option for that. Perfect for me for now.

I recommend adding an electric heating pad (or similar) to wrap the tube to provide heat during your pumping sessions. Constant heat does make a difference. Add a towel for insulation if needed to help regulate the heat.

How many days on/off is your schedule? Downtime is needed to allow your penis to rest and recover. Watch your PI’s to help determine a good on/off schedule.

Somehow missed your post on the rice sock. You can use the rice sock for the 9 days required for delivery of a heating pad. Heating pad is much easier to use than a rice sock. A rice sock is an effective option I’ll agree.

Thanks for your advice. The 9 days is just for it to arrive in my country. Our postal service is such a mess that my pump took over a month to get to me. And I bought it through an online company within my own country. And already checked for companies in my own country. No one has those heating pads. In a country where the temperature reaches 34 degrees centigrade most days of the year, (94 degrees Fahrenheit) heating things isn’t a priority unless its for cooking. But I will try to make a plan. For now the rice sock will have to do.

I’m trying to do a 5 on 2 off week, but I’m still learning the whole pumping game. 5 on 2 off worked great for me with my manual routine, so hoping it will work wonders for me with this one. But felt a bit of skin sensitivity today so I skipped my routine today and will monitor it and see when to continue. Don’t think it’s from the pumping or anything. Think it’s a chemical burn from the hair remover I used. But just playing it safe. As soon as everything is back to normal then I will be back in full force.

I took the weekend off and got back to business today. The session went well, but even pumping at 6 hg, my dick didn’t reach the mark I made last week. Is it possible that I lost size in 4 days or is there another explanation. But it’s okay. Just going to stick to my routine and trust in the process. Will up the anti a little next week if all goes well this week.

Think I unlocked a little secret today with pumping. Yes of course heat is important. And its already part of my routine. But discovered that when I jelq before pumping, its way better. This morning I pumped for five minutes, then pulled out because the dogs bothered and wanted to go out. With my first pumping session I was way short of my first pump line of last week. Came back and was still rather engorged, so I jelqed first. Entered the tube again to complete my 10 minute mark and boy oh boy was I surprised. I completely blasted past my line of last week and almost filled the entire tube. going to tweak my routine once again. Lol. Damn that felt good.

This has been a great week back in PE. I actually forgot how important PI’s are. My hang was very bad. I struggled to get hard for PE without using porn. Shocking actually. But I also started working out again this week, and took yesterday off from PE because my penis tissue was a little sensitive from the pumping and everything. But boy oh boy. This morning everything that makes me man and everything I loved about PE was back with a bang. My hang was the best I have seen it (in recent memory) and I couldn’t stop touching it. Went to pee 5 times just to check out the hang. With my morning routine I struggled to get it down so that I can do my stretches. When I started to jelq at 50% erection, it didn’t take long to get to 90% erect and I had to be really careful not to cum. In the pump it was amazing. Could feel how my base was busy stretching in girth, and could feel a nice stretch in length as well. I want more of that please. I’m still going to try to reach a 5 on 2 off routine, but will keep monitoring my PI’s and take breaks as needed.

Things are going good so far. Doing full body strength training along with my PE routine. I’m loving it. But stepping things up next week. Permanent heat during my routine is already showing a world of good. Will keep that shit up for as long as I can. Rice sock is all that is needed for now. Stays hot hot hot for up to 20 minutes. I’m stepping up both routines, meaning body and PE, from next week. Just need to start them earlier. Otherwise they tend to cut into my day a bit

Saw your stats and really impressed with the progress. Your first BPEL 14.35 and goes up to 20.83 and now starting again after long break. It seems you’ve stopped for years without doing any PE routine I’m curious how much gain did you lost?

Hi. Well, thanks. It’s been a long journey. I actually did lose some length and girth by not cementing in some of my gains. My current BPEL is 19.1 cm. Not sure how much I lost in girth but lost more at the base than anywhere else. But I’m not too worried about that. I’ve discovered that by just exercising routinely for about a month, I can gain those losses back. Longest I’ve kept up with my exercises was 3 months. I’m actually planning on starting up again this week, so I will let you know how it goes. I actually did do my routine for about a week-long last month, and the first to realize was my new lady. She had difficulty walking for three days. So that’s why I’m rather cautious about starting it up again. She is very tight, and when I routinely do my exercises, she suffers the consequences. But will try to keep it to a more maintenance routine than actual gains routine.
