Heat is recommended only when 24-48 hours has passed after the occurrance of this injury. Cold is beneficial to apply within the first hours, but within the first 24 hours, heat will make matters worse.

Cold, sleep, vitamin C, and later on heat. Take a fruit or any dose of Vit C several times during the day. Sleep is absolutely necessary for recovery: try to manage 9-10 hours of good nightly sleep.

Ever notice how insomnia and school don’t go well together? It’s a real pain in my ass. I’ve had this problem (this bad, at least) since I was in my early or mid teens—somewhere in there—but I never got used to it.

Well there would be an increased risk of injury, it’s possible that you might plateau earlier, it’s also possible that your penis wont’ be properly conditioned either… hell thats why I’m still doing a light, almost newbie routine.

Honestly just don’t increase the intensity until you feel you really have to, you should still repond with some quick beginner gains on a lighter routine.

Don’t worry, that’s only temporary. When you start recognize your unit again, you shouldn’t have to wait much longer until recovery is done.
