I wonder if variations in size are telling us something.
I am not measurement happy and have not measured since I started my routine.
However, reading this I wonder if day to day size fluctuations can be used to confirm a good “workout” or even predict upcoming gains.
Accuracy in measuring would be most helpful as would logging day to day fluctuations with subsequent gains (or losses).
Now I’m wondering if I should be measuring every day and keeping a log.
