I just won't grow length

I just won't grow length

I’ve been PEing for 5 months. Gained .5 in length in the first two months. Gained .5 in girth gradually through the 5 months. My length hasn’t grown in three months, and now my measures are 5.5x5.5 I’m too short for how thick I am, and I just really want to grow. The first two months, I jelqed, manual stretched, and edged/ballooned. After that, I tried working exclusively on length, so I went ads and pump. I would pump right after I ads, hanging to be exact. My length hasn’t grown at all, but I’ve been getting thicker and thicker. I’m getting really desperate to get some length. From what I’ve read, girth then length is NOT a good idea. Some advice from the vets. Decondition? Go back to my old routine? Chemicals? I’d be grateful for any advice at all

Goal: NBPEL 8.5 EG 6.5

Maybe cutting the pump? It’s a technique mostly for girth. Add fulcrum stretches, and see how it goes. What you did to gain 1/2” length in two months? What you did/added after?

I’m no more of a vet than you, so take these suggestions with a grain of salt if you prefer.

My results have been pretty much the opposite of yours. I’ve gained length early and often, but girth has taken longer and been slower. My length gains I attribute more to manual stretching and hanging than anything else. Thus, I would say:

- If you don’t think you’ve stretched your ligaments to the point where further lig stretching is a waste of time, then I would step up BTC stretches. I’ve found that these give me a great suspensory ligament stretches. I do them whenever I have the chance, holding for about a minute or two and adjusting my pelvic position in order to find the spot that feels most like it’s hitting the ligs.

- Another manual stretch that I’ve adopted more recently, and which I feel is helping with length, is a stretch that’s about halfway between straight out and straight down. I get a good internal stretching feeling—almost like I’ve stretching the urethra. (Now that I type that, it doesn’t sound pleasant, but really it’s slightly uncomfortable, but not painful.) These stretches I hold for about 1 minute, then rest 15-30 seconds and repeat at least five times. I do that around 4 or 5 times a day.

- I don’t know what you use for hanging, but I’ve found the Captn’s Wench really useful. If you have the means, go out and buy the components for one. It’s easy to make, and for me hanging about 10lbs for three to five 10-20 minute sets has seemed to help with length.

I would take pumping out and change up your stretching. Might try a good solid manual stretching routine every day, then use your ADS when you can during the rest of the day.

Fulcrum stretching might work well. I used Mem’s Momentous gain program or however the name of that thread was phrased and it worked well after my newbie routine to continue my length.

Also, if you are really against any more girth the ADS might not be a good idea either. For myself and some others it does increase base girth some over time but may not for you. Just keep an eye on it.

Thickness, remember, is GOOD. Actually, girth gains will add proportionately more size (volumetrically) than will length gains. But if you want more length…stretch, stretch, stretch. And an ADS might help. Keep track of your stretching. You can’t say that stretching “doesn’t work” until you’ve done vigorous stretching for 30-45 mintues, 2x per day, 7 days per week (working up to that very gradually, of course).

If you’re a tough length gainer, like I was, you have to pay the price (TUL = Time Under Load).

You said go back to your old routine, which was working, then you changed it and then the gains stopped, so from that I would ask if your old routine stopped working and how did you know? I’m not a vet but I think that is what I would try first.

How do you divide up the 30-45 minute session as far as stretch angles, length per stretch, etc.?

Thanks for all the answers guys. I thought stretching was the case, but I’ve never considered such a long time. 45 minutes. And what I’ve heard about jelqing is that the thicker guys grow more girth, while the lengthier guys keep growing length. It’s true of me, as a girthier guy, and that’s why I thought of taking it out. What do you guys think? Short intense jelq sessions?

I think you really have to see what your body tells you. I’m a thicker guy (about 6.5 erect) but I have never really felt like girth hindered my length. In fact, I’ve had more issue with the “turtle factor” than anything. I think girth has only hurt me with flaccid gains.

I find that what feels better, works better.

I’d say take a decon and do whatever you did too gain your initial length.

I’d just do a hell of a lot of stright down stetching… worked easily for me. Pull hard (know your limits though), and honestly just pull for as long as you can. Hanging would be ideal, but that’s harder to do.
