I might have lost a step... and I want it back.
I used to be a solid 7.25” nbpel (sometimes pushing 7.5”) but I’ve fallen to 7 - 7.125” which I just recently noticed. I need to get back into the game and hope this length will return. Three things seemed to work for me in the past: pumping followed by clamping (Neither one by themselves worked), edging, dry jelqing (only worked for girth). I’ve also noticed that some of these have worked only once and never gave me gains again. Do any of you guys have thoughts on all or any of this?
