I need help BAD (please reply)
Hi. I’m pretty new to this board and new to PE. I started back in late july and been going good up until this week. When i first started i could tell i was improving and felt let i was doing something for myself and felt like i was getting something out of my exercises. I use
5 min wrap
stretch 5-7
milk-pump 30min or longer
then wrap 5 mins.
but lately i feel like nothing is changing and seems like it’s going no where. I don’t have that good feeling anymore and i know not to expect dramatic results yet. It even feels like i lost some power in my penis lespecially girth. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone list some suggestions and maybe tips on different exercises. Please any reply would help me greatly. I need the confidence back!
