I reached my girth goal and beyond

Hi guys

I have surpassed my girth goal on 5.33; my maximum girth now is 5.5. It is actually an average of the base 5.7 middle 5.5 and top 5.2.

I added to my routine a thing that I don’t remember what it was called. Make an tight ok grip at the base of my erected penis and with the other hand I squeeze really hard the whole head making pressure on the staff for 15-30 seconds à 3-4 times. I (try) to do this every morning (wood) and at the end of my routine* later in the evening. Been doing it since Mars/April this year.

But my length has stopped any suggestions?

My new goal for girth is 6.0 now and still 8.0 in length.

*Ca. 30 min of stretching in every directions, then 30-40 min. Of jelqing 5 days on 2 off. I do this for about 80% consistency.

Hi There congratulations on your gains brother. Some people in Thunders say that if you gain girth it will be more difficult to obtain lenght gains now. I do not know if its true or not you should keep asking. I think that minutes of stretching is a lot but you are advanced so.

Ares88 havs you done any fulcrum stretches?

Maybe you could split up your 30 min stretch session and do regular stretches as you do and the other half fulcrums..

I like to use an sock instead of my fingers and do 3 parts stretches- base/mid/top, in all directions. After my stretch and jelq routine I traction wrap and wear that sometimes to bed. I traction wrapping after every session I do.. stretcing, jelqing and pumping to use it, .and force it to heal in that state. Wrapping is good and healty too..

In all actuality it is suggested to gain in girth first if at all possible since girth gains are harder to obtain than length.
My suggestion to Ares88 is to take a some break to relieve the trauma that you may have put on your unit. Taking small
breaks was part of my routine. I would go 6 weeks PEing and 2 weeks off. After 2 weeks off I had a well rested unit to
work with. Guys, Peing is so simple.

During the exercise; Then it varies between 80-95%. I try to do it only when it is above 90%. On the Fifth run my penis gets tired and its only 80% more or less.

Tnt’s approach of 6 weeks a row and 2 weeks rest make sense. Every 1,5-2 months I take about 1-2 weeks of 3-5min jelqing almost everyday and after this time every routine feels better. And I’m not conditioned yet to go past manual exercises.

Guys, read my thread. We are all different, but maybe it may the healing time is in my opinion is necessary. Your unit has to rest.

Do you think traction wrapping is a good choice to wear when having 2 weeks off?

So you did this exercise for no more than 1-2 minutes in the morning and 1-2 minutes in the evening? And that’s all (along with stretching and jelqing, of course)?

I do not PE anymore, I not only reached my goals, but surpassed them. When I do go to the rest rom I will pull my unit for 15 seconds or so and then go, but that is my only
form of PE that I do. I did gain a quarter of an inch in length after a few years of that. I have not PE’d in years.
