I know I said I wasn’t going to be posting anymore (see older thread) but I’ve changed my mind, I really don’t care anymore.

So I got back on the newbie routine before new years so I could recondition myself. I got red dots a few times and let them subside. Overall, before New Years I feel my erections were stronger and I actually was gaining some girth. When I went home, my workouts became sparse, and for about 3 weeks it was on and off. Since I’ve been back, I noticed a pretty significant decrease in size/erection strength. I started up my regular routine again, adding one set of clamping 5-10 mins in each jelqing session, with a few uli’s and jelq squeezes. I haven’t had any pain or fatique, so I was assuming I haven’t been overtraining.

I checked my length and girth yesterday. My already small girth was SO much smaller! My normal stats are 7” NBPEL and ~4.6-4.75 EG. Now? 6.8” NBPEL and 3.75-4.0” EG. This has been a shot to the ego. I guess I’m going to try taking a few days off just in case it was overtraining. But a difference that big seems ridiculous. I’ve been really stressed out lately, but I’m not sure I’ve been that more stressed out than usual. Any ideas??!?

It might not seem like you are over training, but you are. You are starting off with all sorts of advanced techniques that are traumatizing your penis.

Start off with the newbie routine. Just stretching and manual jelqing. Jelq at about 70-80% erection level and don’t do it hard, just nice, to stimulate. End your workout with a full erection that should be slightly larger then normal. Take it easy. Don’t beat yourself up.

I’d been jelqing the newbie routine for a loooong time, but this past fall was the first time I really put any consistency into it. I’ll try scaling it back.

Wow, major shrinkage. But I’m sure with a few months hard work you will get it back. If that happened to me I would be crying so hard. :)

That’s the rough part, those were my stats PRE PE….I’m just going to give it some time off and see if less stress and no overtraining give me my size back.

I’d imagine a difference that large was probably from either a not quite full erection or some kind of minor temporary damage. I could be talking bs, but I’d be surprised if it was a permanent thing.

Yeah you might not have been 100% fully erect. Two tenths of an inch could mean your glans wasn’t fully engored with blood as it could be, or your erection angle was higher than 90 degrees (straight out) giving you less length.

If I lost nearly an inch in girth overnight I would be seeing a doctor with tears in my eyes.

However it sounds like that last measurement wasnt something new to you, so there is hope.

Thats a scary data point for the “is girth permanent” debate.


7.75 BPEL, 5 in. Mid-shaft, 5.5 in. Base

6.9 NBPEL

8.25 BPSFL

I’ve found that if I’m not 100%, my girth measurement will be a whole 1/8” less than my actual EG. Even a 95% erection can cause an 1/8” girth loss.

Do not measure unless you know you have a 100% erection, it is disheartening otherwise.

Another thing, make sure your measurements are consistent. If you measure post workout, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. I measure for actual results only once a month, on an off day.

If you want frequent, consistent measurements to track potential gains, measure yourself while clamped. I do this while clamped to monitor my expansion and every week or so I notice a bit more expansion(1/32”-1/64”). It’s great motivation.

Another thing… stop overtraining!!! Put the clamp down for a while and stick with the manual exercises.

I noticed last night that I’ve got a vein that gets pretty hard. That could mean it’s thrombosed right?

I do believe a little shrinkage is n ormal now and then. It is also allergy season have you been taking antihistamines the kind that make you drowsy, that will efect erection power and turtle you up somewhat. I do believe stress also plays a role in shrinkage. I belive jelking will relax you if thats the case.
