Hi All,
I found this site only a few days ago and have been reading some of the posts in the various forums. I have some experience with foreskin restoration (FR) and wanted to ask about it and PE and lo and behold here’s a current thread on the topic.
If I may, I’d like to address some of the things already said. Please forgive this long response to several previous posts.

That depends on a number of things. As circumcised men get older, their loss of sensitivity increases. The type of underwear, if any, you’ve been wearing and how much your clothes have rubbed against the glans makes a difference. Still, all men who have lost their foreskin have a decrease in sensitivity and covering the glans will help them increase it. Those who have had more keritinization of the glans will see the most dramatic difference when their penis returns to a more natural state. Orgasms are much more intense for me since I’ve been able to keep my glans covered.
I should honestly say that I have not completed my restoration. It is a chore to strap up daily and tug on your penis with elastic or weights for hours. Like PE, there have to be off days for recovery and growth, but my off days turned into off weeks and I stopped my restoration efforts about 18 months ago. The results of the seven or eight months that I was consistent at tugging are that I currently have greater than 50% glans coverage when flaccid and even that small amount of coverage has made a great difference in the return of sensitivity. I’ve recently started FR again and reading on new techniques on-line brought me to other penis related sites such as this one. Now I’m considering PE as well as FR.

Restoring alone does take time. Those just beginning the process are warned that it can take up to three years to attain full coverage when erect. Perhaps your experience, based on PE techniques, made you gain skin faster. I’m hoping that’s true as I would like to begin my PE routine and continue tugging. I’m still trying to work out the logistics of that. :)

What I want to know is, will my dick be exactly the same as it was as far as sensation before they circ’d be when I restore my foreskin? Or will it be different? I hear you can start to produce this substance that keeps it moist and lubricates a woman…”
Restoration can be accomplished without a frenulum; most men circ’d in the U.S. have everything and then some taken away. Some circumcised Europeans and Jews done in the traditional manner, usually have some or all of the frenulum left. The end result will not be as functional as an intact man’s natural system and the specialized erogenous tissues (the frenulum and “ridged band”) will not be there. Still, the changes in the glans make a world of difference.
I don’t have sex with women, but an excellent book on the subject of heterosexual sex and the foreskin is Sex As Nature Intended It . The author is a woman and the book has been recommended repeatedly in the FR community.

Most physicians know very little about foreskin restoration and many would even discourage it. Your best bet is the web site links provided earlier. I’m a member of the previously mentioned Yahoo group (foreskinrestoration3 ) and have learned a lot from those guys. You can also do an Internet search with Google or most any other search engine and find tons of information.
Finally, if you can find it them, there have been a few books written on the subject.
Drone, I’d be quite happy to be your mentor in this process should you decide to begin.
