I have one that is actually for PE. I haven’t used it much as I’m right in between the two sizes that come with it so it slips a bit, and it also makes the tip of my glans all weird.
I might get into using it more in the future, but I’m focusing on girth. So far, though, I’m less than impressed. Someone posted this the other day:
Which looks a lot more comfortable than the finger trap. Like I said, I haven’t used the trap much but I’m not really that impressed with it.

If you find one with the right inside diameter it would slide on. Then you could add tension to tighten it.
There are tutorials on-line to make them and one could choose a robust nylon ribbon or some such and choose and diameter you need.

Looks like it would grab the penis in a way that would pull the mobile shaft skin with it not really pulling on the internals…
Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)
Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)
Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

A wrap is absolutely necessary with this. Mine came with an ace bandage.
