I have never been with anyone that loose either, and I must admit, if I had experienced it, it probably would have been a real obstacle to the continuation of that relationship.

After gaining about an inch of length, and little girth, I started to gain girth through manual exercises primarily, although I did do some Ulis, erect holds, edging, ballooning, and a little clamping.

After gaining about an inch and a half in length, my length gains plateaued and I started focusing on length with hanging, low erection level jelqing, and a lot of stretching. Ironically, I still seem to be gaining girth more easily than length.
