Well, Ive taken about 2 months or so off from PE. I’m happy to say that during this time I havent lost anything which is quite surprising. I plan on continuing with my pumping routine this week and will hopefully gain a little more.

Thanks man. Great to be back. Started off the other night with some light pumping and jelqing to get back in the swing of things. I was actually a little sore the following day and only did a light workout.
