In support of bpfsl
I avoid posting on a topic that doesn’t have a strong scientic basis. An area such as "What is the best way to measure a penis?" is far too much like politics or religion for me to ordinarily contribute on. And I’m not making any claims about bpfsl, I’m just reporting the study that I read.
While I was looking up information about erectile pressure, I came across an interesting
study .
In it they talked about trying to predict the length of an erect penis based on the length of a flaccid penis. In a nutshell, they would measure a penis flaccid, then stretch it out and measure it, then inject some prostaglandin E1 to create a strong erection, then measure it again.
What they found was that the best predictor of the length of the erect penis was the length of the flaccid penis with 450g (1 lb) of pull on it.
The way they measured the penis was
While measuring penile length at the dorsal aspect, the caliper was pushed into the pubic bone in order to eliminate the effect of the pubic fat pad.
or what we commonly call bone pressed.
I think what the study is really saying is that there is a sound scientific basis behind using bpfsl. For what it’s worth, I do not use BPFSL, and I’m not planning on changing just because of the study.
