Interesting Post PE BPFSL Findings And Experiment.

At least I hope the following findings and experiments are interesting :)

After only the first five minutes of jelqing or stretching, I usually get a increase of 1/8th to 1/4” increase in
BPFSL. Further exercise or stretching does not increase this measurement over time. This length increase
remains for about 2.5 hours and is gone by 4 hours after PE. I believe this is what we call “elastic
deformation” caused by the mesh of component fibers temporarily aligning themselves in the direction of
tension (pull). I have been wondering if this is a trigger to the more permanent “plastic deformation” that
we seek, and how this information might be useful to the community.

After some experimentation, I have determined that the elastic response is not enough in itself to trigger
growth. After a month long break, I jelqed for 10 minutes a day for 4 weeks. I realized no gains in BPEL
over the 3 weeks but I did gain 3/8” in BPFSL by middle of the second week. After that, no gains were
made.

For the next experiment I will try jelqing for six minutes (long enough to create the 1/8’ increase), then,
before it dissipates, repeat the process. I will try to do this for most of the day for a few days. (This
means jelqing every 2.5 hours for 6 minutes) My hope is that by keeping the elastic deformation “active”
for an extended period, this may cause “plastic deformation”. First I want to take a small break to ensure
any results or lack of are not a “carry over” from the last experiment.

Of course all this is my observation of my body. But I believe that we all see an elastic response within
the first few minutes (~3 to 6) of serious PE. Anyone care to confirm this with their experience?

Any thoughts on any of this?

You might be on to something here. Everyone gains differently, but if there were a more general rule of thumb for guaranteed gains, then that would be a very good thing.

That would be one of the greatest things I could think of if you could cement that flaccid gain after a jelq session.

The other day I went from my usual 3”x4” flaccid to more like 6”x4.5” flaccid after jelqing. (loved it while it lasted) Of course today I am back to normal.

I notice pretty much the same thing. The only thing I do differently is to use an IR heat pad before stretching so that more of the elastic deformation is actually plastic deformation. Using IR (or some equally effective heat prep) I think you’ll find that you get to keep those gains, but there comes a point where there is no more length to be had until the tissues physically can grow to ‘relax’ at the new length rather than being at their extensible limit. Once you reach that point (after deconditioning or mild maintenance for a few months), you will once again be able to ratchet it up some more.

In fact this is all I do these days. PE for a few weeks, then take a few months off. The gains aren’t staggering, but they are predictable and consistent, and very low in commitment time.

I’m sure this has been discussed with ADS devices, but I am considering using a type of ADS I have after I hang. When I finish hanging, I have a decently larger flaccid size (usually around .5” longer flaccid hang), and I think that if I keep my penis stretched, the ligaments and tissue will not be able to retract, which would logically induce the healing process at this newly stretched length (thanks to the ADS).

Yeah it sounds good, but I’m very skeptical that it will actually work- only time will tell.

I’ve been wanting to try the penisplus or to make something similar. Looks like it might be the best stealth ADS. I have read some threads of some of the members trying these out, but no one seems to report back on if long term use was beneficial. Maybe its too uncomfortable and they don’t stick with it.
