Hey if you feel it works for you then great and you should do it but we all,me included, must remember that without a strong science background googling a topic may sound good but may not be all that great. Stick to the basics of PE and all will be well.
And also guys, do your own research! There’s so much good information out there, don’t just take my word for it. If you find something saying my whole thought is bull then I gladly welcome it! Learning is good :) I’m just trying to contribute to thunders place
