Is Anybody Stuck With No Gains?

Thanks to the bib hanger I cracked all my plateaus of late but I’m still a slow gainer but hanging has really helped. Just a half inch to go till I hit 9 I think 6-10 months and I should be at my goal of 9 than I just need a .5 on the girth but girth comes easy for me. And than it’s off to playing bingo and horse shoes at thunders retirement home

Shit almost a year later and no progress well at least I haven’t lost anything. Between lack of time and minor injuries I guess it’s a good thing. I thought me and thunder would be playing checkers by now.

I’m giving it another 7 months for length gains and if I’m not at 9” I’m going to quit length anyway. I could be at this the rest of my life if I don’t.

I’ve upped the routine though, so here’s hoping…

I understand but don’t forget I have been doing this for over four years and while I’m at a happy place as far as size goes it still sucks getting no gains.

I’m stuck too. Thought I was gaining, but I guess not. Hell, I’ve even seen myself drop UNDER 8 inches lately (though, that may be caused by the 7 lbs I’ve gained since thanksgiving.. :( ). I prefer NBP measuring, since the visual is what counts for me. I haven’t been able to be consistent in my exercises though.

Thing is, I never needed the gym. I was always naturally skinny.. But I guess turning 18 has screwed everything up. -.- I do abdomen excersises almost every day and I do all my stretches daily (I.e.-bending backwards, chin to mid-foot and raising back up. Some certain kicks too) I was so sure those we’re helping to keep me in shape.

We can goose the nurses and scare them with a deftly positioned loose robe…

I’ll race you to 9 Dino, I’ve got an inch to go, then its a 1/4” of girth and I’m done except for maintenance.

I have to echo Dino here, I think I felt a lot better when I was smaller, but was gaining consistently. Its getting a bit dispiriting putting the jelq and hang time in and then measuring once a month or so to show zero gains.

Onwards to nine!

Hey, no disrespect intended, just the fact that you guys are bigger than most guys goals. :) I understand the gains must slow down eventually, but you guys should be proud for what you have acheived. So keep your heads held high!!

My little PP wouldn’t do well in here,

I’ve been at it pretty hard with consistent Jelqs and stretches for about 9 months. Tried hanging twice but had to break because of small injurys. I haven’t gained a millimeter- bummer. It is good to hear Dino complain about not getting gains quick enough…Keeps us hard gainers dreaming of that first 0.25……Hang in there….


Start 030104 EBPL: 6.25" EG : 5.6" Mid LOT : 7:30 GOAL: 0.25 in any direction...."I'm not picky"- length would be nice "GIVE ME A %&#'N INCH OR GIVE ME DEATH"
