Is it possible to gain BPEL by weight lost?

Weight loss and fitness in general play a BIG part in your EQ and sex drive.

From my experience
You get both, bpel is higher after loosing fat because when there is alot of fat your ruler can’t touch the bone because of the fat.. But when you loose fat you get nbel and bpel(much less than nbel).

Best way to do this is cardio and a diet + normal workout to get extra length.

Thats why all the reports on gains can not be correct unless there is a body fat % repport, I can loose some weight and say at the end of the month that I gained 1inch and everybody will be ”wow amazing”.

What is the difference between people who have normal weight, people who exercise lightly, and are a solid fit .. What is the difference between these measurements and BP NPBL? How they have the fat pad? Is it about 0.5 inch?

Not all people have a fat pad.

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

Interesting… I always thought it was just NBPEL. I’ve been PEing and losing weight. So, I can’t really tell if with just weight loss I would have achieved the same results… just do both! :-)

I guess fitness guys have very small fat pad. I think that 0.5cm of fat pad should be considered normal, smaller than that you would have to keep a good diet.

Just thought you guys might like to know, on the paper you get inside a box of Extenze, it states that for every 35 lbs. A man loses, he gains 1” of penis.

Now, I’m certain that’s NBP, but still, NBP is what we actually use, isn’t it?

The fat compresses so even cocklength buried under fat can be pushed in. Still the increase nbpel will be pleasing to the eye.

Wouldn’t you have more Nbpel from losing weight? Wouldn’t the Bpel stay somewhat the same? I mean yea getting to the bone when overweight with a ruler could be a challenge but I would’ve thought the Bpel stays pretty much always the same.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

It is true. Very true. Go to any of the forums discussing life after weight loss surgery and search “penis” and read some of the discussions. You’ll be enlightened on the subject.

I don’t know what the ratios come out to, x” for every y lbs lost, but I can tell you I woke up one morning, 2 years out to find a raging erection the likes of which I’d not experienced in my life.

Yes, there’s a spear twixt my legs, and I didn’t have to hang, clamp or pump to discover it. I am interested in maintaining that erection quality, so I’ve lurked here for a while.

I can assure you all, with the utmost confidence, lose weight, your BPEL and NBPEL will increase. It is a fact.
