I have read that the LOT theory doesn’t have any real evidense to support it? Is this true?

My LOT is about 8 o’clock, but I don’t know if I am doing it properly and my ligs were tawn a year ago and this might be effecting my LOT, meaning I might have lots of more to lengthen than my LOT suggests. That’s even if the LOT theory is even true.
