Is PE the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH?

IIRC there is a T response to erections, and since PE requires quite a bit of erection manipulation it would seem to follow that PE would raise T levels.

As another mid 40s guy who will wake up with morning wood provided I’m adhering to an appropriate PE program, I say yea, in conjunction with other personal hygiene matters [resistance & CV training, joint mobility & flexibility work] I do believe that PE discipline can seriously stall the clock.

I think it goes a little further than just exercise. If one of my boys has a small unit, I don’t want him to become some sort of “whoa is me” victim. Instead, PE, and take control of what you can. If one, or both have a larger than average unit, I will still let them in on it for EQ, control and confidence.

As for me, my dad didn’t HELP me at all, (as I’ve said in another thread). My dad is easily 8” long, and one night at a party we were both at, I asked him if he had a condom I could use. His response was fucked up. He basically laughed, and said, (paraphrased), “no, why, do you need something for your little 6 incher?”

I hear you— but if you start out as a hygiene exercise at 14 it’s easier to asses the insecurity issues at 17.

As of age 14, sounds good, I wish someone had taught me some good ol’ PE hygiene exercise at age 14. So what type of exercise do you think is suitable for a 14 year old boy?

Good thread. Slightly moved away from start. As another older guy I agree I now have night woods again as well as increased length. Isn’t it true that all intense exercise increases Testosterone production to some extent - work-out of a minor sort. And PE is that. P Enhancement as someone has said!
