Just now, I was trying this length exercise/experiment. I gripped my penis at the upper glands and then preceeded to jerk quickfully and forcefully but comfortably (not masturbating…quick forcefull stretching). I was completetly flaccid. If you try this, don’t hurt yourself. Just an idea.

Ouch! I’d be afraid of gripping around the upper part of my glans for any stretch.

My instinct is that it would be counter productive, since it might be a kind of shock effect that strengthens rather than lengthens. Also, holding a stretch would mean the tissues are under traction for more of the time.

However, it might be counter intuitive. Not sure if it’s really been tested.

It seems to me that long slow stretching would be more beneficial to gaining length than forceful tugs.

Also, the likelihood for injury seems very high with this new technique.

NO!!! Please do not do anything of this sort. I think there are other threads warning against things like this. This is a sure way to injure yourself. I tried this once at the beginning of my PE career and I felt a pop in the middle of my shaft. I wasn’t able to get an erection at all for about a month. I also think that it worsened the nerve damage that I had from a non PE related incident.

Please stop this before you hurt yourself.

You should know the anatomy before you try stuff like this.

The glans and corpus spongiosum are separate structures and not permanently attached to the corpora cavernosa. Forceful pulling on the glans might tear the triangular ligament that holds the glans to the ends of the CC.

Not a good idea.

Also, you will get more stretch by proceeding v-e-r-y slowly over time, not with short fast movements.

It was just a idea.
