I wonder if this could be adapted to something you could wear all day under clothes?

I wonder how much of the effect is traction and how much is weight. A lot of the circle devices on the market show the picture of african womens neck lengthening rings and then basically use the padlock technique.

Looks like it could alread be worn under the clothes but I bet theres a good chance of skin catching. ugh.
