Hi !

I’ve started clamping today after few months break and 3 months of PE to “reactivate” my penis.

My beginning routine is 5 minutes IR lamp and 4x5 min. sets of clamping.

I’ve few questions :

How long I should rest between the sets ?

After how many week or days I should go for a 4x10 min routine ?

I plan to do a 5 days on 2 days off routine. Is that good or too much to start ?

Is there something I should do after my session ? I mean massage my penis, do some IR lamp or others things.

I’ve only done one session so I can’t tell lot of things about it, but the sensation was really good for a 1st session.

I only did clamping for a little bit and the only sound advice I can give is start slow and build yourself up because you’re dealing with some major forces of pressure on a highly important piece of equipment.

My only experience is that I started far too fast and after a while of doing nothing I restarted with just 1 set of 1 min for an entire week making sure I got a hang of it.

My routine progressed like this

Week 1: 1 set of 1 min
Week 2: 2 sets of 1 min with 1 min rest
Week 3: 3 sets of 2 min with 1 min rest
and so forth.

Basically take it slow and you will be greatly rewarded, of course you know that because you’re so freaking close to your goals. Congrats on the gains thus far and the gains to come. :thumbs:

Hi Sly. If you’re well conditioned after being at this for as long as you have, then the way you’re starting clamping sounds good.

You mean, how long should you do the 4X5 before you start more intense sessions? Increase a minute each week over 5 weeks. Monitor your color, sensation, and pain (lack of) very closely. Stop at 8 or 9 minutes if 10 is too intense. I only go a max of 9 minutes.

Edit: Or, just do what Yoyototo said. Seems sane to me.

That sounds fine. Just keep close attention to physiological indicators. If you get a loss of sensitivity or have difficulty getting it up, for example, ease up or take a break.

Massaging is good. I put on a cock ring and look at porn for a while longer to keep things well engorged. Sometimes I put a pump on too, or alternate clamping and pumping, as has been discussed somewhere around here recently.

I’ve recently started to combine Air Clamping and cable clamping and a cock ring, using a two inch long silicone sleeve. I put the sleeve on, do two or three rounds with the Air Clamp, then fold the sleeve down in half and put on the Cable Clamp for a few reps, and then just leave the sleeve on as I continue to keep aroused with porn to that keep big fat chubby, chubby. I like what’s happening so far.
