Jelq Only Diet

Hi everybody.

I have decided to go on a Jelqing only routine for a month.
5 days on (mon-fri) 2 days off (sat-sun).

I will be upping the routine by 100 Jelqs every week.
I started last Monday on 200 Jelqs a day.

Tomorrow I will be doing 300 Jelqs a day.
And in that fashion until the 4 weeks are up.

I am at 6.7 BPEL and 5.5 MSEG.
I would like to aim for 7 BPEL and 5.75 MSEG by the time this is all over.

I have faith that those gains are realistic.
Any input would be appreciated.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

Better if you add only five new jelk pulls a day so you don’t stress your cock. Very soon you will be up to hundreds.

Would adding a extra hundred a week be too much?

I feel that my penis is well conditioned.

Because at the end of it ill only be doing 500 a night.(that sounds a lot now that I say it)

Don’t forget to use that wooden mallet after each workout, adds to girth and length. 15 minutes after each session.

well let’s say you were doing the 500 jelqs at 3 second per stroke that’s 6 secs per full jelq so 3000 secs in total which comes 50 mins of solid jelqing at quick a fast rate considering I take around 6-9 seconds to do one jelq stroke before changing hands.

It’s not 500 of 3 second per stroke.
I do semi rapid jelqing. (I just find it works better personally)

And the mallet didn’t work so great I wasn’t too sure how hard to use it.
Bit sore but I think it’ll live.

Yes semi rapid jelqing.
Not fast jelqing.
Not slow jelqing.
But just a bit under fast and a bit over slow.
And not in the middle.

I find that it works and feels better worked.
And I get a nice flacid hang for the next day as well.

So win win.

And oh yeah!
The reason the mallet didn’t work is because it was a meat tenderizer with the pointy bits on.
Silly me! ;)

I jelq the same, only way that works for me.
