Jelqing/Clamping/Hanging/Stretching

I’ve been PEing for about a year now, on a semi-regular basis (about twice a week) with modest gains. About a month ago, I started to PE on a regular basis (5 minute warmup, 10-15 minutes stretching, 15 minutes jelqing, 5 minute warm-down), 2 on/1 off.

About a week ago, I began to hang with a very light weight for 20 minutes a session, before I begin my normal routine. Since I need to add both length and thickness, I would like to clamp also. But doing all of the above in one day seems to me, too much.

I searched for a routine where someone incorporates everything I mentioned, but I can’t find anything. I was thinking of maybe jelqing/stretching on Day 1, hanging/clamping on Day 2, and resting on Day 3.

Do this sound OK to any of the veterans? Thanks.

Well, I decided to check my thread to see if there are any responses (advice). It seems that I’m as popular now as I was in High school. Just kidding.

I know that I should find my own routine, do what creates the most gains for me, but it would be nice to have some general guidelines, so I don’t overdo it. Thanks.

I’m not an expert by any means (I mean you’ve been Pe’ing longer then I have), but I would thinking doing all of that in one day would be a bit much. I think it would be good to split it up a bit and do different exercises on different days. It would add some more variety, and perhaps help with gains as the penis would take longer to grow accustomed to the “same old thing”. Good luck!

You have to find the right routine for your cock, that’s pure experimentation, if you starting clamping a hour a day, and you in the end of the week don’t have a erection not even with a woman sucking you (of course, with you before PE had a normal erection) that’s a sign you are overdoing, but if you start with 5 min a day, and building up until a hour and don’t have erection problems (or other problems) then you are not overdoing and probably doing right!

I’m in the same boat as you. I have been doing light PE for a while now, have similar starting measurements and goals, and have been thinking about doing all of that in my routine. Here is what I’m doing now, although it has only been a week and a half:

Day 1: Warm-up, stretch, jelq, hang, cool-down
Day 2: Warm-up, stretch, jelq, clamp, cool-down
Day 3: Same as Day 1
Day 4: OFF

Then you repeat but just do clamping for the 2/3 days instead of hanging. Get it? I’m not sure if it will work but it is what I’m currently trying. Let me know what you come up with or if you decide to try my route. Good luck.

Day 1: Hang, clamp
Day 2: Hang, stretch, jelq
Day 3: Stretch, jelq, clamp
Day 4: Off

Warm-up and warm-down are also included.

Your routine also looks good. I’m going to give it a try, mix things up a bit.
