I’ve been doing 400 jelqs a day, 5 min. warm up and down, 10 min. stretch, many many kegels. I’m trying to start clamping and hanging, what should my routine look like? Should I do all those in the same day? Should i jelq one day while hang and clamp the next?

How hae you been PEing. That seems like a lot of volume for anyone to be doing. IMO, you would completely beat up your dick within 2 weeks. Hang and clamp, with some light jelqs in between sets. That seems like the best to do instead of hitting it with girth work almost every day.

I’ve been peing for about 2 1/2 months. So you’re saying to cut down on the jelqs and focus more on the hanging and clamping? What should I do and for how long and how often?

Before starting hanging and clamping, my only advice is to read the progress report of Kevin12. It is amazing.

I don’t think I’ve had any gains, maybe .15” girth but that might have been a measuring error in the beginning.

If you have only been PEing for 2.5 months, then put away the hanger and clamps for now. Exhaust all your gains first with manual exercises. Doing too much too early can limit your growth.

To your question, you shouldn’t do a full jelq session on one day then a clamp session the very next day is what I am saying. If you do decide to continue what you are doing then, 2-3 sets of 5 minutes clamping to start off with 5minutes jelq in between sets. Build up to 3x10 after couple months.

So the 2-3 sets of 5mins clamping with 2-3 sets of 5 min jelqing every other day is a good routine?

And how should I incorporate hanging?
