Jelqing in Short Sessions Throughout the Day?

Anyone ever tried this? I was thinking about taking 10 minutes out 3-4 times a day and doing 10 minutes of dry jelqing? Instead of one 30-minute session?

What do you guys think?

You should be fine with that, but with no warm up be careful.

I rarely ever warmup though when dry jelqing. I notice I get a MUCH better pump in my unit also after a session of dry jelqing vs. wet. For whatever reason, I am not sure why.

I was active in the jelqing field two yrs ago and had wonderful results. I jelqed morning, noon, afternoon, nights; jelqes always and everwhere, I mean wherever I could find a private place to jelq, no matter if it would be for only some minutes. I exercised like crazy, so I believe the answer to your question es yes. Definitely.

I hate dry jelqing. I don’t seem to have enough skin available.

Big71, What did you do as far as rest? Im highly motivated right now and was wondering how often someone like you took a night off. Right now I jelq in the PM and kinda thought that because i was only doing it once a day. That I could jelq every evening. Whats you thoughts on this?

I’m a newbie and I exclusively dry jelq. Being married to a sexually repressed devout Catholic woman (don’t they go hand in hand?) and having 10 and 14 yr old boys at home, I’m extremely limited as to what I can do at home. So I’m relegated to dry jelqing sessions at work. I’ll do about 4-5 sessions per day and try to do at least 100 dry jelqs per session. I’ve only been doing this about 2 weeks and haven’t measured, but I feel bigger and longer.

That’s pretty much the same routine that got me my ridiculous newbie gains (an inch each way in a few months). I can only conclude that it’s a good choice.

That’s the foundation of my “routine”. Just jelq anytime and all the time.

I’ve done this in the past & made some gains (my approach was inspired by luvdadus, who did a similar routine - logging about 900 jelqs throughout the day).

I am wondering, however, if such an approach does not allow the unit sufficient time for recuperation - since you’re never going more than about 8 or 10 hours jelq-free.

wadzilla I remember 2 years ago I read something about a routine which consisted in a session in the morning and one in the evening. That guy wrote that it would be impossible to gain when performing only one session once a day. (I don’t remember where I read this, perhaps it was a paysite… don’t know)

I was always thinking about this for the last month, that it would be better to have a session twice a day than one session of an hour late at night.

Perhaps it depends on what kind of exercices you’re performing, I think it would be better when having a stretching routine, to perform it 2 twice a day.
