The other day after I finished jelqing I did what I always do, I used my rice sock for my warm down for 5 min. Then I did about 65 kegels. After that I procceded to jack off. In the prosses my Left Vas Deferens tensed up on me causing some discomfort. It happend twice while I was masturbating. Perhapse I was to hard while I was jelqing, or just jelqing to hard? Has this ever happened to anyone? Is it normal and is ok to still PE?

The vas deferens, also called ductus deferens, (Latin: “carrying-away vessel”) is part of the male anatomy of some species, including humans. There are two such ducts; they are muscular tubes (surrounded by smooth muscle) connecting the left and right epididymis to the ejaculatory ducts in order to move sperm. Each tube is about 30 centimeters long.

During ejaculation the smooth muscle in the wall of the vas deferens contracts reflexively, thus propelling the sperm forward. The sperm are transferred from the ductus deferens into the urethra, collecting fluids from the male accessory sex glands en route. Hence the hoary joke: “Between men and women, there is a vas deferens.”

Thank Dino9X7, It was just really weird that it happened. It didn’t really tighten up on me, but rather flexed for a second or two. It was only the left one that did it.

Something else that came to my attention was that about 4-5 months ago I went to my urologist because I was going to the bathroom a lot, and my testes hurt sometimes when I masturbated, it felt like I was sitting on a tennis ball! He told me that I had Prostatitis. Which is where my prostate is pushing against my bladder which is then pushing on the muscle that controls the bladder from pissing out all your urine uncontrollably. Now be in mind that I am only 21 year old, and I work out a lot! Fitness is a passion of mine, and I use to do a lot of heavy lifts, like heavy squats for one. Anyway, my doctor said that this is very common in a lot of guys that he sees, and that since I’ve put a lot of stress on my body from lifting this is the result. I took some antibiotics to clear up any infections that I might have, but I still had the same symptoms. My doctor told me that it would eventually go away. I try to stay away from a lot of heavy lifts but I still work out five days a week, and still do moderate to heavy weight. But no where as much as I use to, no more super heavy squats or deadlifts.

Now aside from that history lesson and fast forward to now, I am not sure if any of that has to do with my vas deference flexing on me. I really think that it is due to jelqing to hard. I’ve watched the video of jelqing but it’s hard to see exactly how he’s jelqing b/c the guys in the video has not been circumcised. Also I read that jelqing past 80% is BAD! I have a feeling that I was at 80% or a little higher when I jelqed last. How can I tell what percentage I’m at! Can’t we just say that it’s good to jelq when your penis is at half mast or somewhere in between half mast and fully erect!

I thought that I was doing pretty well but now b/c of this set back I’m just totally confused about jelqing in general! How will I know if I even doing it right.
