Fully erect jelqs are all I’ve been doing for the last several weeks. I get good post session measurements. Anything less and post session measurements won’t show any increase.
Another poster mentioned a scare with jelqing blood out the glands. This happened to me also when I first started, but I took a break and started back slow. I’ve yet to experience this problem again.
If done carefully, I think erect jelqs are far more productive than semi erect.
