Just a thought

If after every time we masturbate our penis’s go into a healing stage, then shouldn’t we wank after every session? I usually wind up doing that and it seems to help my penis heal in the state it’s in better. But I have no negative effects at all. More positive. Any one else have thoughts on this?

Yeah I asked this earlier and no one thought it was a really good idea haha. It makes sense to me though, after a few masterbation sessions it can get pretty sore which makes me think that if you combine it with PE it might some how work better?

HeyHowAreYA, can you tell me more about your clamping routine, I’m looking into starting and am trying to get some good routines to work towards. I also know that I need a good starting routine for clamping as well.

Spruce, have you read clamping 101? If not I would. Some good tips and great pics there to show. But my routine is pretty much this.

I warm up for 5 - 10 minutes with a blow dryer.

I jelq to hardness and then I clamp. Usually have some eye candy ready so I can keep hard the whole time.

And I do three to four 15 minute clamped sets. I edge, jelq and kegel the whole time tho. I do not suggest this to some one just starting.

Just do a normal 3x10 one day on one day off technique till you feel more confident and comfortable. Move on and experiment when your ready.

And I will say. I have had great gains with clamping. I can get hard in like point 2 seconds and me and my gf can both tell by the feel and looks of my penis that clamping is working.

Oh and after every session I usually wind up busting a load =]. And I also exercise on days that I have sex too. I feel as if the penis is very worked out and will expand alot more. Agreeing with random giant =]
