Hey guys I was curious as to how much one can gain maximum from manual exercises.

There is really no conclusive answer to that question although it is generally believed that stretches on the ligs will have a limit as there is a limit to the length of inner penis.

Hey do taller guys have a bigger inner penis? But approximately eliminating the time factor , how much can one gain if completely dedicated from PE?

Darth there is no set answer to your question. It has so many variables that we can’t give a set answer. Do taller guys have more inner penis, who knows? A lot of your gains (potential and otherwise) depend greatly on genetics and the persistence in which you do PE. You might gain a lot, you might gain a little, and GASP, you may not gain at all.

Darth everyone is different in gaining capabilities some are easy gainers and some are hard. Also some people give up easy and some don’t. Some people try for years and don’t gain at all some make really fast gains than stop.

There isn’t a restriction. Of course there are hard and easy gainers but theoretically there isn’t a restriction. If you continue PE long enough, you can nose fuck yourself some day, without bending ;) .

Only a small percentage ever make it to the two inch club it usually takes a huge amount of time and work. But it can be done but you need to think in years not months

Forget about the “inner penis.” The goal is to enlarge your shaft, not to destroy your ligaments. Jelqing, stretching, and variations thereof are what get you gains.
