Post-hanging-fatigue-ness

Regarding my question number 2; just to clarify even more: Let’s say you are having a hanging session, one where you really succeed in attacking the fatigued state. After such a successful session; -you go for work/fishing trip/shopping etc, do you then feel fatigue in ligs/tunica?

The reason I’m asking the above, is that when a hang I do feel some fatigue, but when I stop hanging I and go for work etc I don’t feel ant fatigue at all. I wonder if this is right according to your experience. If you do feel sore/fatigued after hanging, I might in the future try to develop a hanging routine/technique which gives me post-hanging-fatigue-ness.

Yes, usually you feel it for several hours or sometimes a day or two depending on the level of fatigue you have achieved. It is very similar to the soreness after an intense workout…it stays with you for a while.

Maybe you are feeling the soreness from skin stretching because now your skin is the limiting factor more so than hitting the ligs or the tunica. Make sure you are adequately protecting your skin and using a good grip so that your ligs,etc are taking the stress of the weight. Use adequate padding…theraband, cotton wrap,etc.

When you are fatigued, you should feel it after a workout. If you press your fingers into your penis, you should feel the soreness in the ligs and tunica..again much like pressing into a sore muscle after a workout.

That’s a very precise answer to the question about what to feel after hanging

So you felt soreness after hanging sessions. That’s what I was afraid of, because it means I’m probably not doing it right jet. . I will eventually get there –get the soreness so to speak.

Goigdeeper, how often are you doing your girth exercises? How many rest days in a week (average)?

An important thing about fatigue is the effect that an ADS has to prolong the fatigue felt in the hanging session. I think that GoingDeeper said he used/uses one. I now know what fatigue feels like. I too do not feel fatigue when I am not hanging. I use a homemade ADS which exerts about 1.5- 2 lbs. I can wear it for 2-3 hrs before I need a rest (0.5 - 1 hr). The ADS however, does not have the same fatigue feeling as hanging. It is more of a uncomfortable feeling that makes me need a rest from it. Mine is a noose type and it eventually starts to sting to much. It really takes experience and knowledge (mostly gained from this forum) to find what works best for you.
Another thing that took me awhile to sort out is that the weight progression is important. I am still experimenting with this (and I tend to be less aggressive in favor of safety/comfort) but I first do a 15 minute warmup with 10 lbs, then 15 lbs X 20 min, max weight (currently 18.75) for 1 or 2, 20 minute sets, if I get to only 15 minutes I drop by 1.25 - 2.5 lbs and repeat. I only have time for 5 or 6 sets.
Also vary the angle and don’t expect to hang the same amount in different angles.
This is an excellent post in my opinion because it supports what I have felt is the most effective forms of PE (for me), hanging and ADS. You must also be patient and not expect gains everytime you measure. You need to believe that you are slowly breaking down your limiting factors.

All change is not growth, as all movement is not forward.

I suppose the so called, “fatigue state” will vary from each individual. It is my feeling that you have hit the “fatigue state” when hanging is no longer tolerable. Some people will back down in weights to continue the onslaught, similar to ratcheting back on the bench press. The degree of your workout will depend on your “state of mind” and “state of body” to endure the stress. This is very analogous to the muscle workout program.

The penis is very rejuvenating and will return to a normative state rather quickly (maybe 15 to 20 minutes - and faster with heat and vibration therapy). The only way to know if you have hit a “fatigued state” is by attaching the weights and see what your penis does; in a fatigued state your penis will not want to go through with additional punishment, the contrary would be that your penis can endure more mileage. The “go to the point of failure” attack would prescribe reducing the weight load to single digits (lets say the robust hanger starts with 15lbs. And then gradually reduces to 4lbs over a 4 hour period). This would be serious fatigue and not recommended.

I agree Shilow. However for me(like you said it was a personal thing), most of the time skin discomfort was the main reason I could not continue to hang. It wasn’t that my ligs or tunica were shot, it was because i had not been wrapping properly or attaching the bib correctly. When I did these things correctly, I would hang until my interior penis(not skin) was taking all of the weight. So for me and really for anyone wanting to gain, your should be fatiguing the areas that are the limited factors that will entent the size of your penis. Skin is usually the first thing to stretch when you initially begin your hanging programs. Once you get that initial skin stretch out of the way, you should be looking to get to fatigue in whatever area you are targeting..the ligs or the tunica. Reading some of BIB’s post will explain it much better than I ever can.
