Over the last seven months I’ve gained an inch in length and a little over 1/2 inch in girth from stretch only routines. I’m a firm believer in pursuing length goals before girth. I’ve found that combining both interferes with my ability to monitor fatigue during my stretching and hanging routine. Girth exercises create a much different feeling of fatigue than stretching. I’m not sure that healing faster is a good thing. Striving to create a balance between damage and healing should be the goal. Oh, I think my girth increases are from side fulcrum stretches, but who knows.

I’ve been successful without utilizing an ADS. I’ve found them to be a major nuisance, ineffective, and expensive. I much prefer incorporating short duration semi-intense sessions (piss pulls) spread throughout the day. Give them a try.

I have not tried stretching solely. But it did not work for me. I would try to combine it with pumping with low pressure.

Yes, as far as I know pulling it up, as you described it, would make it an A-stretch (aka inverted V-stretch) and down, a V-stretch. It puts pressure on different parts of the penis. These are two types of fulcrum stretches.

It makes sense to me that if after a good workout you are able to keep you dick in stretch mode ala ads, then it will only enhance your growth. I may be wrong but I can’t see that it would not be advantageous.

I am not using anyone Happy, but I hate without knowing get it?? Just to think you have to stay all the day with a thing attached to your cock, it’s pretty weird you know.

My first ½ inch was from DLD’s version of the newbie routine, minus the jelking. This last ½ inch is the result of a pretty normal hanging routine, totaling three twenty minute sets back to back after work. Throughout the day I perform piss pulls, mainly V’s, both normal and inverted, and the side fulcrums. Here they are: While sitting on a toilet, grab your penis with a standard OK grip and pull straight out. Then, insert your other hand down between your thigh and your stretched penis. Rotate that hand so you are able to cup your balls. Now, pull your penis around your wrist in that little area between your thumb and wrist bone. Now, your penis will be fulcrumed around both the wrist of one hand and the thumb of your gripping hand, which will be up against your wrist. Now the fun part, you can then rotate your wrist away from your gripping hand while pulling, this creates an enormous amount of tension on one side of the tunica and the septum. Or, you can push your wrist out, creating tension at the base. This exercise can be held for a long, long time, as all the strength required is in your back muscles.

Dicko I am currently doing V-Stretchs, I thought it was the same thing as A-Stretch, what’s the specific difference?? I can use the two in only one routine?? Thanks in advance.
