Just wondering....
I’ve been back at PE for about a month or more now and have gained 1/2”. I’m happy with that but would like more. However, my routine is stretching and jelqing. I’m wondering if it would be wise (or not) to stretch for a week increasing the workout, then jelqing the next increasing the reps. If I’m doing them separate I can spend more time on each. Has anyone tried this or should I stick to doing both in the same workout? My reason for this is sometimes after stretching it’s harder to jelq. Not always but sometimes.
