I would go with the “never let it turtle” approach. I think the concept of “accumulative strain” is very important for stretching ligaments/connective tissues.
I guess it all depends on how you think PE works. From a plastic deformation stand point (stretching ligaments/connective tissues) it doesn’t make much sense to me to take days off while you’re in a training period, it would even be counter-productive. However, I think long decon breaks is good after you’re done with a training period.
Of course, maybe the stresses from PE causes some kind of biochemical response and the body itself responds by making the penis bigger. In that case, I’m not so sure, maybe less really is more. :)
