Kegal method, is this good?
First off, I must say that when I kegal, I do it best to music in the car to and from work. I “flex” to the beats of the songs.
But aside from that, I tried a different method and I am curious as to what your thoughts are because honestly, I felt like I “worked” my pc muscle much more
Basically, I do some rapid fire kegals to a song and the beats. Then I will hold for 4 secons. Once the 4 seconds is up, I release, but then REVERSE kegal by pushing down (like you are pushing a fart out, right?) That lasts for about 2 seconds, and then flex right back up for another 4 seconds. I repeat this. Its doesn’t allow me to do A TON like 500 or anything, but I feel like I am having more quality versus quantity.
For an anology, the reverse kegal is kinda like being a baseball player and taking that step backwards right before you explode forwards to hit the ball. Doing the reverse , IMO, helps me get a strong kegal coming back.
